We want you to actually love what you wear. If something doesn't work, here's how we make it right.

Exchanges within 7 days
If a piece doesn't fit the way you hoped, message us within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange an exchange for another size or piece of equal value, subject to availability.

Returns for store credit
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for store credit. Refunds to original payment method are at our discretion — for fairness, we lean towards exchange or credit.

Condition
Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached, and in the original packaging. Pieces showing wear, smell of fragrance/perfume, or damage outside of our handling cannot be returned.

Made-to-order & sale items
Made-to-order pieces and items marked as final-sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return shipping
Within Osogbo, we'll arrange the pickup ourselves. Outside Osogbo, return shipping is on the customer; we'll send you the address once your return is approved on WhatsApp.

Defects & wrong items
If we sent you the wrong piece or something arrived damaged, message us on WhatsApp with photos within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right — at our cost.
